01· Overview

When you buy a theme from us, you are purchasing a perpetual license to use that theme on the number of Shopify stores covered by your tier. You own your customisations, your content, and your store. We own the underlying theme code, which is licensed to you under these terms.

All licenses are one-time purchases — no subscriptions, no recurring fees, no surprise charges. Updates and support are included for the lifetime of the theme.

02· Single store license · €197

Use on one (1) live Shopify storefront.
Unlimited development/staging environments tied to that storefront.
Lifetime free updates delivered to your dashboard.
Email support with a 48-hour response time on business days.
Commercial use permitted for your own brand.
You may modify the theme code freely for your own store.

03· Agency license · €600

Use on up to five (5) client storefronts.
White-label rights — your agency name appears in the theme metadata if desired.
Priority email + chat support with 12-hour response time.
One onboarding call (45 minutes) per license to brief you on architecture.
You may modify and resell custom builds based on the theme to your clients.

04· Unlimited license · €1,200

Unlimited Shopify storefronts.
Full Liquid source files and design system documentation.
Priority Slack + email support with 4-hour response time on business days.
Dedicated private Slack channel with the studio team.
Quarterly architecture reviews if you want them.

05· Refund policy

If the theme does not work for you for any reason, request a refund within 30 days of purchase. No forms, no surveys, no friction — reply to your purchase email and you will get the full amount back inside 24 hours.

Historically, fewer than < 2% of customers request a refund. We would rather have you happy than have your money.

After the 30-day window the license becomes non-refundable, but you keep lifetime updates and support.

06· What you can do

Modify the theme code, layouts, and copy freely.
Use the theme commercially for revenue-generating storefronts.
Resell stores you build with the theme (the store, not the theme file).
Include the theme in client deliverables (with an Agency or Unlimited license).
Submit feature requests or bug reports — most ship within 6 weeks.

07· What you cannot do

Resell or redistribute the original theme file as-is.
Share your license key with non-licensed parties.
Use a single-store license on multiple storefronts.
Claim authorship of the theme itself.
Upload the theme to public repositories or template marketplaces.

08· Updates & support

Every license tier includes lifetime updates. We ship roughly one update every six weeks — bug fixes, new sections, compatibility patches, and quality-of-life improvements. You will be notified by email when an update is available.

Bug fixes are turned around within 48 hours of confirmation. Critical security patches ship same-day.

Support is delivered by email (single store), priority email + chat (agency), or dedicated Slack (unlimited).

09· Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach the restrictions above. You may also terminate the license at any time by removing the theme from your Shopify stores and destroying any local copies.

If we ever stop maintaining a theme entirely, every active license-holder receives a full refund of the original purchase price.
